Computer technologist Andrei Popov from Temirtau sued Vladimir Lenin, the founder of the USSR - charging him with human rights abuses and intellectual property theft. Apparently, Lenin stole his agricultural policies from the Eser (эсеры) Party.

The court didn’t accept the appeal as it was written in an ‘uneducated manner’. Popov doesn’t give up yet, though and ultimately, he wants to see engravings on Lenin monuments, saying “He is guilty”.
