J.Lo Still Can Come to Astana

Although President Nazarbayev ordered the government to curtail pompous celebrations of the 10th anniversary of Astana amidst the liquidity and growth crisis, Jennifer Lopez still may come to Astana and sing it out.

It’s been said that the city administration had already had negotiations with Sir Paul McCartney, Pink Floyd and many other top stars, until the head of the state prohibited to spend budgetary money for this kind of things. However, there is always a way out. The brand new mother of three kids may perform in Astana on the president’s birthday July 6 - the officials are involving (you can only guess if it is voluntary or obligatory) sponsors from the business structures to pay J.Lo. It’s hard to say whether they will manage to gather this amount of money or not, but the process’s on.
